RENTAL AGREEMENT
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Equipment rented must be returned by 6:00 PM following day {Daily Rental}, on the first day of the following week {Weekly Rental}, on the first day of the following month {Monthly Rental} or additional charges will be levied. Insurance for full replacement value of rental equipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. You are invited to check and inspect the equipment prior to rental. Unless credit has been arranged, all payments are COD, plus cash deposit. Minimum billing invoice of $25.00
